El Paso is home to some of the most hardworking and innovative people in Texas. Together, we can take our community to economic and job creation levels we never imagined. As county judge, my continued efforts to strengthen community ties will never end.

That begins with embracing meaningful collaborations between disparate sectors, industries, and ideas. Every one of us plays a critical role in keeping our communities safe, healthy, and thriving. It’s our collective efforts that will keep El Paso growing in the ways we choose.

My binational ties with Mexico at the local, State, and Federal level will be optimized much more and will support the importance of being one of the most powerful and lucrative Regions in the country. I was honored to earn the Ohtli award, which highlighted my work at a Bi-National level.
